General: All windows,
except the ones in the garage and upstairs bathroom, have been recently
fitted with additional white anodised double glazed units. Along
with the retained existing units this provides triple or secondary
double glazing, which is brilliant for heat/cool retention.

The neighbours are mainly Spanish, though there are a

Malaga city is 45 kms (30 miles) south, and it takes
around 40 minutes to the centre, or to Malaga Airport.

There are plans for a local Airport by 2010 - 15 minutes
away on the Seville road.
Cordoba is around 11/2
hours away, as is Seville, it's 50 mins to Granada Airport (Ryanair), and
1 hour to Granada centre and the Alhambra.
Skiing on the Sierra Nevadas is
11/2 hours, as are the beaches of Marbella, Estepona
or La Herradura on the Costa Tropical.
