The  Large Double fronted House was reconstructed in typical Spanish town-house style in 1994.  Unlike many houses in Spain though, it has been constructed to very high standards and finish.  For instance, all the ceilings are 3m (10ft) plus, with decorative covings, AND the doors are all 6'6"+ - so NO STOOPING HERE! - (unless you are a basketball star).  It has an impressive frontage with large integral garage, double oak studded doors, and many attractive features.  Every room in the house except the downstairs bathroom has windows to the south-facing front, MAKING IT INCREDIBLY LIGHT & AIRY!, which will be confirmed in the following images.  Click on any image to see more of that particular feature, please be patient as some of the larger images might take a few moments to display, depending on your connection speed.

Entrance Hallway and Lobby is typically Spanish with double studded Oak entry door, glazed feature tiles, and inner wrought iron and glass "Summer door", with side opening panels, which keeps the hallway both light and airy. 

It's large enough to meet and greet friends, and yet easy to clean and care for. 

The staircase to the first floor and further to the roof terrace leads off, as well as access doors to the kitchen, salon and bathroom.

The Salon or Sitting room and Diner is both light and airy, and cosy and comfortable.  With a southern aspect and two large triple glazed windows it presents an incredibly light filled area.  With feature Spanish ceramic tiled floor, and corner 'chimenea', or fireplace, with inset log-effect electric fire, it provides a cosy environment for any less than temperate winter evenings.  Being 'L' shaped and with feature pillars, and other plasterwork, including cornices, it lends itself well to a Lounge / Diner layout. 

It has ample power and halogen lighting points, as well as Spanish TV aerial sockets, telephone socket, and a SKY TV satellite feed cable.  There are several overhead halogen lights.  A quality pine door gives access to the Entrance Hall.

The Two Bathrooms - One on the ground floor, ideal for visitors, and day to day use.  Fully tiled walls and floor for ease of maintenance, with white furniture comprising a large 90cms shower cubicle, low level WC and newly installed vanity basin with lots of storage space, mirror lighting and overhead halogens and an extractor fan complete the picture. 

The second bathroom is a larger family type bathroom on the first floor and again offers white furniture comprising a full-size bath with glazed shower screen and south facing obscure glazed window, low-level WC, bidet and vanity basin with lots of storage space, mirror lighting, shaver point and overhead halogens again complete the picture.
